PEEL AWAY® 5 is an environmentally safe
paint/coatings remover that has been
specifically designed to remove high strength
chemically resistant floor coatings.
(epoxies, urethanes, etc.)
There is NO METHYLENE CHLORIDE, CAUSTIC OR ANY
OTHER HIGHLY FLAMMABLE SOLVENT
in this product. Chemicals in the PEEL AWAY® 5
product have been selected for
their very low rate of evaporation which means
in some cases you have to give
the product a little extra time to work than
with some more aggressive chemical
products but the results will be the same.
The consistency of PEEL AWAY® 5 is like a gel
liquid and application can be
done by squeegee, brushing or spraying over
surface to be stripped. For floor
coating, the average coverage of PEEL AWAY® 5 is
up to 300 - 350 sq.ft. per
5 gallon package. It should be allowed to set
for the time frame that is pre-determined
by doing test area prior to starting the
project. After PEEL AWAY® 5 has dissolved
or emulsified, the coating can then be removed
by either scraping or power washing.
